Préambule MEDUC GM, en tant qu'entreprise innovante dans le secteur de la santé numérique et des technologies émergentes, recrute des candidats hautement qualifiés pour sa Direction Opérations et IT. Cette sélection vise à identifier des profils aptes à suivre une formation approfondie sur les outils et pratiques de développement de la plateforme blockchain Hyperléger Fabric. La formation portera sur des thématiques clés telles que l'encryptions, la cryptographie, la cybersécurité, la base de données MongoDB, les langages de programmation adaptés (comme Go, Java, Node.js et Python), les solutions cloud (telles qu'AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud), ainsi que d'autres aspects techniques connexes (gestion des chaînes de blocs, consensus, smart contracts, intégration API, etc.). Ces critères de sélection garantissent que les candidats disposent des bases nécessaires pour réussir la formation et contribuer efficacement aux projets de l'entreprise, tout en respectant les valeurs d'intégrité, de professionnalisme et d'innovation de MEDUC GM. De promouvoir des profils alignés sur les besoins stratégiques de MEDUC GM en matière de blockchain et de technologies sécurisées pour la santé numérique. 2 | Criterium selection Candidat IT DIRECTION ADMINISTRATIVE ET FINANCES MEDUC GM Disposition 2 : Critères Techniques et Professionnels Minimums Pour être éligible, le candidat doit démontrer, au minimum maitrise de : 2.2 Le candidat employé doit être familier dans les connaissances de base ci-après - - - - - - Bases en informatique et blockchain : Solides fondements en développement logiciel, avec une compréhension introductive des concepts comme les nœuds, ledgers distribués et protocoles de consensus (ex. : Raft). Cryptographie et encryption : Expérience minimale avec des algorithmes tels qu'AES, RSA et hashing SHA-256, démontrée par des projets pratiques de chiffrement. Cybersécurité : Notions en gestion des vulnérabilités, authentification (ex. : OAuth) et chiffrement des données, avec exemples d'audits ou implémentations sécurisées. Ce laptop sera utilisé pour les sessions de formation et les exercices pratiques. 2.3 Disponibilité et Engagement Temporel : - - Capacité à consacrer 3 à 4 heures par jour (ou l'équivalent hebdomadaire, selon le calendrier de la formation) à la formation et aux exercices pratiques, en dehors des horaires professionnels si applicable. Habileté à la mobilisation pour des voyages professionnels occasionnels (ex. : formations sur site, conférences ou missions liées à des projets blockchain, avec une disponibilité pour des déplacements nationaux ou internationaux sur courte notice).
