Meduc GM SA is a company registered in South Africa that designs and operates health applications. It is developing two: MeducAHT, the Guaranteed Health Voucher, for access to healthcare, and EMS — Elite Medical Syndicate, for the continuing education of health professionals. First deployment: the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Who we are
A multidisciplinary health company, born from medical practice.
Founded by a physician, Meduc GM SA brings together medical, technology and financial expertise around one conviction: money intended for health must reach healthcare — in a guaranteed, traceable way that is accessible to all.
Based in Kyalami, Midrand, in Gauteng province, the company operates on a continental scale with a pan-African vocation. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, its work on the ground is carried out by its subsidiary Meduc GM SARL in Kinshasa.

A strong health system rests on two pillars: patients who can pay for their care, and competent, informed and trustworthy professionals. Meduc GM SA acts on both, with two complementary applications.
Healthcare financing
MeducAHT
The Guaranteed Health Voucher, a means of paying for healthcare: a prepaid voucher, available via USSD and mobile app, that brings every health financing commitment all the way to care. Now listed on the WHO Global Digital Health Atlas (Implementome).
Quality of care
EMS — Elite Medical Syndicate
The communication and continuing-education app for health professionals, to fight counterfeit medicines and quackery and strengthen the capacity of healthcare providers.
Neither is a diagnostic application or a medical device: MeducAHT is used to pay for healthcare, EMS to inform and train health professionals.
