Ethics & transparency

Every Guaranteed Health Voucher is intended exclusively for access to healthcare. The beneficiary knows the status of their voucher at all times, and the provider knows the payment terms before delivering care.

We regularly publish our impact indicators: beneficiaries, care delivered, provinces covered.

II.

Protection of health data

Personal and medical data are hosted on secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure, encrypted, and accessible only to authorised persons. They are never sold.

III.

Quality of care

Network providers are approved against criteria of quality, hygiene and professional compliance, and are continuously monitored.

IV.

Regulatory compliance

Meduc GM SA operates within the framework of the DRC’s national health policy and works in consultation with the Ministry of Public Health and the competent authorities.

V.

Fraud prevention

Every voucher is unique, verified at the point of care and can be used only once. Any suspected abuse can be reported to our support team.
